Q . What is included in the toilet hire?
A. We will deliver and collect to your location. Toilets will be supplied with toilet roll, soap, hand towels and chemicals. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Q. Are your toilets insured?
A. We have Public & Employee Liability. It is your responsibility to insure the units against loss or damage. It is worth checking your household of event insurance for this.
Q. Can the toilet be moved after being delivered?
A. The toilets should not be moved, any damage or additional time taken due to this will be charged to the hirer.
Q. What can I do if there is an issue with the toilets at my event?
A. We make sure the toilets are functioning after we deliver. If your toilets need restocked we can supply this service at a charge.
Q. Do the toilets require electricity?
A. We provide both mains free toilets and self-contained toilet units which require electricity. We can supply generators and cables if they are required.
Q. Do we supply the toilet rolls?
A. We will provide all the requirements in the toilets. We can supply additional toilet rolls on request.
Q. What happens to the waste from the toilets.
A. All the waste is collected in the toilets and taken to a disposal site after your event.
Q. Do the toilets require servicing?
A. We recommend checking the toilets at reasonable intervals.
